KiKi provides a personalized subscription service that allows our subscribers to access movies, TV shows & music streamed over the Internet to smartphone devices.
Your KiKi subscription will continue until terminated. To use the KiKi you must have Internet access and a smartphone device that supports the KiKi app, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).
By choosing a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Services have an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you until you provide prior notice (a receipt of which is confirmed by us) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we reasonably could act. To terminate your authorization or change your payment method, go to the subscription on KiKi carrier billing, Apple iTunes, or card as applicable.
Free Trials and Other Promotions
Any free trial or other promotion that provides access to a Paid Service must be used within the specified time of the trial. You must stop using a Paid Service before the end of the trial period in order to avoid being charged for that Paid Service. If you cancel prior to the end of the trial period and are inadvertently charged for a Paid Service, please contact us at email@example.com
Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription plan any time by visiting Your Account and unsubscribing.
Accounts, Passwords, And Security
You agree and understand that you are responsible for not automating account creation. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible for KiKi for all activities that occur under your account. KiKi is not responsible whatsoever for any actions taken under your account.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify KiKi immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warranties and Limitations on Liability
KiKi is provided “as is” and without warranty or condition. In particular, our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special, indirect and consequential damages against us. These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
